The property management system provides complete records of property data in line with the requirements of the eKata property asset cadastre, together with data on common charges, utility bills and special service fees.
Property-centred records: it keeps all current and past rental data related to a property. Meters, meter readings and dynamically extendable technical data and fixtures can be recorded.
Beyond the basic tenant data, it supports a wide range of other records (tenant balances, co-residents' data, etc.).
It automatically calculates special service fees for lease contracts. Lease contracts are managed in a separate contract module.
